Readiness trains and equips personnel assigned for worldwide deployments. They implement Prime Readiness in Base Services (RIBS) UTCs in accordance with Prime Ribs Managers Guide and Air Force Services Agency (AFSVA) standards. They maintain unit DOC statements and functionally aligned Prime RIBS team members on structured UTCs. Unit readiness is displayed annually by providing a feeding platform to accommodate the feeding of our visiting local civic leaders as well as to provide an up-close look at our field feeding capabilities and other military operations. Readiness also maintains a 26-member search and recovery team trained for emergency contingencies
