The 96th Services Squadron Human Resource Office is busy taking care of our most important resource, our people.

The office services the squadron's NAF employees from recruitment to retirement and facilitates all the activities in between including background checks, health benefits, insurance, retirement plans and workman's compensation to name just a few. HRO also administers the "Quarterly Award Program" for the 96th Services Squadron's NAF, APF, Military as well as our Volunteers.

Persons seeking NAF employment are invited to visit the office and pick up the latest information on job availability. All application forms are available in the HRO office as well as in two convenient off-base locations: the Eglin Golf Course in Niceville and at Jobs Plus in Ft. Walton Beach. The Training and Development Section, a part of the Human Resource Office, make it their business to assure our new employees enter the workplace with the proper tools and techniques to perform their duties at top-notch speed and are equipped to offer outstanding customer service. Courses are also offered for supervisory and management levels.
